My thoughts on rainbow power ponies

We all knew after the elements of harmony were given up they would need to find a new defense against whatever big evil creature from the past,future, or new entirely might appear. We also likely guessed it would be rainbow related but I'm not sure many imagined this.

To me it works for rainbow dash & twilight but the others are kinda eye sores that for some reason make me want strawberry lemon ice cream. If the rainbow glowing items that are possible keys to the mystery chest that rainbow dash and rarity have imply this will be canon I won't make a big deal about it. I just hope like the elements of harmony they'll only look this way when fighting the big villains. 

I might make what I think the next key items to the the remaining 4 characters who haven't found theirs yet might be.
